At T&L Equipment, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We source top-quality products and aim for you to be delighted with your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before placing your order.
Returns
Products bought from tandlequipment.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery to your provided shipping address, subject to a restocking fee. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, refunds or exchanges are not available unless management approves an exception.
To initiate a return, you must first reach out to us for return authorization. If a product appears defective, we may request that you send it to the manufacturer for evaluation. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with proof of purchase, and packaged as delivered. Upon requesting authorization, we’ll inform you of any applicable restocking fees.
Partial refunds may apply in these cases:
- Items returned in a condition other than original, damaged, or incomplete due to customer actions rather than our mistake.
- Items sent back more than 30 days after delivery.
- Electronic components, which manufacturers typically do not accept for return.
- Equipment (new or used) lacking a specific pre-sale refund agreement.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping
Before sending an item back, contact us to secure a return authorization, shipping instructions, and the correct address. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Any refund issued will account for a restocking fee, potentially including our original shipping expenses.
Warranty Issues
Beyond the policies above, the equipment we sell comes with manufacturer warranties. Should you need to file a warranty claim, the manufacturer will determine whether to repair or replace the item. Please contact us first if you’re pursuing a warranty claim.
